    Simply register and choose a membership plan. You can try out the free 30 day listing plan to see how it works

  4. Is my information kept private and secure?
    Vidcars does not share or give out your information to anyone. We do not store any credit card information and do not require you to provide any personal details other than your name, phone number and address for your account management puposes.

  5. How do I upload a Video?
    To upload a video, login to your account and create a new listing, once you add the details of your listing, then click on the video link on "My Listings" page, then click browse to choose a video file from your computer and upload

  6. How do I add pictures to my listing?
    After you add a listing, click on the photos link. Then click browse to select a file from your computer. You can upload multiple files, but this might take a while to upload depending on your internet connection speed and the size of your files. Vidcars.com autoomatically resizes the pictures so that they display clearly on the website.

  7. How do I cancel my account?
    Simply call our toll free number which is available on the home page and speak to a customer service representative

  8. Can I get a refund for my membership?
    We do not refund membership fees. Your membership automatically expires depending on how many months you sign up for.

  9. Can I have more than one listing?
    Some membership plans allow you to have more than one listing. Please visit "My Profile" page to view account upgrade options

  10. How can I contact another seller?
    Contact can only be established between a buyer and seller through the contact form on the listing view page. Both the seller and buyer's information is kept private by using their username instead of the real names.
  11. Multimedia Technical Questions

     

    • Why can't I see the gallery or video?
      The video and gallery page require that you have Flash Plugin installed and enabled. If the page displays "No Video Uploaded for this listing" it means that the seller has not yet uploaded a video for the listing. Same applies for photos

    • Why are the videos not clear and crisp?
      The quality of the video clip depends the speed of your Internet connection and how the video was recorded. For the best viewing experience, we recommend a high-speed Internet connection such as DSL or a cable modem.

    • Why can't I hear any sound on the video?
      Some videos may not have sound because the seller did not add sound to the video.
